Please
fax or email your order.A Cheerworxs representative will
send you a confirmation with delivery charges and applicable
taxes.
Uniform
Orders will take 4 – 6 weeks for delivery.
Pon Poms Orders will take 2 – 3weeks for delivery.
Bodywear orders will take 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.
Printed items (tees, shorts, hoodies) will take 1 - 2 weeks
for delivery.

note: During peak times between September and
March orders may take longer.

RETURN
POLICY
Cheerworxs
guarantees our merchandise against manufacturing defects.
We will be happy to correct any workmanship defects if
we are notified within 14 days after ship date. However,
if the items are custom-made to your specific requests,
using your specific measurements, we are unable to accept
returns or exchanges. Additionally,Cheerworxs is not responsible
for replacing uniforms that have been outgrown.
The following
items are non-returnable or exchangable: Polyester Uniforms,
briefs, shorts, Items worn or soiled, Lettered items including
garments, sweatshirts, shorts, and bags with tackle-twill
or printing. BEFORE returning or exchanging any merchandise,

CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellations are not accepted for custom manufactured
items once an order has been placed into production.
For example, if you have a team member who leaves your team,
and her/his uniform is already in process, we are unable to cancel
her/his order because all uniforms are custom made to our
customer's specifications.
